Corporate Associate Solicitor

Location: Riyadh

An excellent opportunity has presented itself for a Corporate Associate to join a leading international law firm at their Riyadh office.

My client is one of the largest law firms in the world with multiple offices spanning across the globe. This firm has a reputation for employing the highest calibre of lawyers world-wide; this is contributed to the lateral progression route within the firm and its support and guidance provided throughout each stage.

The Corporate team consists of lawyers working on the full spectrum of corporate transactions from planning through due diligence to post-closing integration. You will carry out duties such as advising on M&A; capital market transactions and takeovers, shareholder's agreements, corporate governance issues and many more similar duties.

The ideal candidate will have an approximately 2-4 years PQE and have an impressive employment history having worked with an international law firm. You MUST be fluent in both Arabic and English and have regional experience.
