Infrastructure Projects Associate

I am currently working with a prestigious American Law firm in London, who are looking to recruit an Infrastructure Lawyer into their Projects team.

Key Responsibilities :

This Infrastructure team is part of the wider Project Development and Finance Group. As a firm, they are noted for expertise in infrastructure finance and their ability to advise on bespoke complex transactions.

The team has a wealth of experience advising on significant and innovative transactions in the infrastructure sector both domestically and internationally with recent transactions involving airports, ports, utilities, storage, rail, social infrastructure and communication.

Associates are given excellent direct exposure to clients, with a culture based on giving people the level of responsibility they are ready for, rather than a PQE benchmark.

There are also regular opportunities for secondments with clients was well as possible postings to other offices under the firm's associate transfer programme.

The successful candidate must have solid experience in the Projects team, specifically have exposure to Infrastructure deals. They will need to come from either a Magic circle or silver circle firm with excellent academics. You will need to be motivated and ambitious and be able to come in an absorb the high quality training and develop quickly in both your career and the firm.
