Commercial Litigation Partner

THE FIRM

A regional firm well established in the City and with a growing Commercial Disputes team.

THE ROLE

The London office is looking to hire a Commercial Litigation partner.

You'll be joining a team comprising litigators acting for international corporations, HNWs, businesses headquartered in the City and household names located in the regions.

Your experience may include insurance, arbitration, financial services, insolvency disputes and regulatory investigations.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally with a corporate and commercial litigation background with some experience in one or more of the above areas, but this is not essential.

You will have an established following, and / or the energy and enthusiasm to grow a burgeoning practice that will complement the firm's existing expertise.

You will need to show evidence of how you have successfully turned business development initiatives into client instructions.

Additionally, you will be able to motivate a team of lawyers and have the ability to supervise those in other locations.

Given the prominence of English law in the global litigation market, the commercial disputes team plays a key strategic role in the Firm's presence in London and its offering to international clients.

This hire will enable the team to capitalise on all available opportunities and support the ongoing expansion of the Firm's client base.

The firm is happy to consider flexible, remote and compressed hours working arrangements.
