About Us
Our client is a highly respected FTSE 100 events company. They now have the need for a legal counsel to join their highly regarded legal team based in London.
The Opportunity
As legal counsel, you will assist the lead lawyers from many divisions for the EMEA and APAC regions. A key component of this opportunity is drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including master services agreements, collaboration agreements, contractual joint ventures, outsourcing agreements, supplier agreements, IT contracts, sponsorship agreements, and copy mark and trademark disputes. This role will provide you with an abundance of learning opportunities.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal counsel. For this role, you will have to be highly organised and have strong skills to manage project; you must also have strong written and verbal skills with great attention to detail. It is also important for you to have experience with commercial and corporate matters. Some experience of cross-border work will be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal counsel at the beginning of their career to join a varied and well respected in-house team.
