Arbitration Paralegal - German speaking

Arbitration team of a top US law firm.

The successful Arbitration Paralegal will be working as part of a team of 20 fee earners. The team are extremely well-respected and highly ranked in the legal directories. They are frequently instructed by governments and high-profile corporates to handle investment treaty disputes, they also represent clients in big-ticket commercial arbitrations, particularly in the energy, construction and financial services sectors. They team are also noted for their expertise in intellectual property arbitrations.

You can look forward to working on complex International Arbitration matters, both in German and English. Your responsibilities will include pre-trial preparation, legal research, cite checking, working on legal submissions and attending court hearings.

The ideal Arbitration Paralegal will have business fluent German language skills and prior Commercial Litigation experience. International Arbitration experience would be really beneficial, but those with more general dispute resolution experience are also encouraged to apply.

As this US law firm don’t have trainees in their London office, this position offers the exciting opportunity to do trainee level work. The salary is reflective of this, it is the highest in the market!
