Banking Lawyer – Contract, Leading European Investment Bank London, Paris, Frankfurt or Dublin
Our client, a leading European investment bank, is looking for an experienced banking lawyer to assist with ongoing work on an internal project (in particular, the roll out of new bilateral uncommitted and committed facility letter templates and corresponding policies, approval requirements, negotiation processes, etc across EMEA).
Skills and Qualifications
- Mid to senior banking lawyer with strong lending experience
- The candidate would need to coordinate directly with Legal, business, End to End Project and various other internal stakeholders as well as with external lawyers who are assisting with the drafting of these new templates.
- Needs to be willing to do some travel to assist with training and coordination in connection with our roll out of new facility letter templates across Europe and possibly also the Middle East and Americas.
- Civil law experience/qualification desirable but not essential.
