Intellectual Property Litigation – 2018 & Spring 2019 NQs – Leading US Firm – £140k+ Salary

We have received a new instruction from this elite US firm on a new opening for exceptional NQ candidates for its expanding IP Litigation practice.

The practice specialises in patent litigation matters and is well known for dealing with high-tech and life sciences clients who are in high-value dispute resolution proceedings. It is regarded as one of the leading teams in the City for this specific area.

As such, the partners are looking for candidates with patent litigation experience and ideally a scientific degree at undergraduate or post-grad level. 

The firm is open to considering NQ candidates and are interested in those who have qualified in 2018, and been retained into IP at their current firm, or are approaching qualification in spring 2019 having completed at least one seat in IP Litigation.

This is an outstanding opportunity for Associates to join a truly exceptional global firm where they can work alongside lawyers at the forefront of this practice area.  

In addition, the firm is one of the few in London that pays its UK qualified associates at full New York rates, meaning that an NQ will be on at least £140,000, moving up to around £155,000 in their second year of post-qualified experience.
