New! - our client are a leading management consultancy who can demonstrate an enviable roster of clients across a diverse range of sectors including: Aerospace; Infrastructure; Healthcare and Technology. A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor with a solid grasp of drafting contracts, and identifying risks within commercial transactions, to join their legal team on a one year fixed-term contract.
This is a maternity cover role but flexible working (and/or 4-days per week would also be considered ) for the right person.
Due to the requirements of this role, and management/supervisory function, we expect the ideal individual to have a minimum of 6-7 years commercial experience which may derive from an in-house or private practice background. Expertise in Commercial Contracts is essential. Any experience in; Tender Processes; TMT; IP; Data Protection; Corporate Governance; and Procurement matters would be useful.
A secondment or previous exposure to a commercial organisation would be an advantage.
