The Corporate team works on the most sought-after transactions in the industry and is an undisputed market-leading practice.

Any PSL joining this will team can expect to be involved in knowledge management tasks including business development, the preparation and maintenance of a suite of Corporate precedents, whilst training associates and staying on top off changes in the Corporate landscape and providing client briefing alerts.
Applications are welcome from English, Australian and New Zealand qualified associates with 5+ PQE in Corporate law from a standout international law firm.
