Due to growth, an experienced Company/Commercial Solicitor is required to join a leading Home Counties practice based in their Bedfordshire office.

This firms client base ranges from start up companies up to multi national companies. The quality of work is high due to the excellent reputation that the firm enjoys in this area and so you will be exposed to a steady flow of excellent quality work.

The ability work alone and part of a team is fundamental. You will be working on a wide variety of business matters such as sales, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reconstructions, as well as taking part in business development activities.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
