Are you a Corporate Solicitor with Magic or Silver Circle firm, looking to progress your career at an Elite US law firm?

You'll be an ambitious and driven 2-3 PQE Corporate Solicitor, looking for the opportunity to challenge yourself with the most complex, high value work on the market.

The team advises on all aspects of corporate and M&A. Including complex, cross-border public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, equity capital markets, restructurings and corporate governance.
