Our core business is the hire of vehicles and we also offer an increasing range of fleet management services and vehicle sales from over 70 branches nationwide.

With over 3,000 employees across the UK & Ireland and a global fleet that exceeds 100,000 vehicles, we are now looking to expand our legal team with the appointment of both Legal Counsel and a Paralegal to either our Darlington or Reading headquarters.

Reporting directly to our General Counsel & Company Secretary, it is likely that you will have upwards of 5 years’ PQE and be keen to join our vibrant and expanding business.

Your confidence in handling a broad range of predominantly non-contentious matters along with your expertise in contract review and negotiation will be utilised to the full. You will enjoy working closely with our business leaders in the pursuit of our commercial goals and have a broader field of vision whilst advising on issues that could vary from data management to procurement policy.

Working with a high degree of autonomy from the outset, your success will be further underpinned by your commercial and practical approach and, whilst by no means essential, any language skills, particularly Spanish could be put to good use.
