Commercial Tech Associate

The Firm's continued success in Commercial Tech work has led to the need for additional capacity at between NQ - 4 PQE. The successful applicant will benefit from significant exposure to a broad range of Commercial and TMT matters at an early stage of their career, along with a greater degree of direct access to both major clients and leading individuals within the Team. The Department's lean structure enables its associates to undertake a broader range of work, with greater interaction at all stages of matters in which they are involved.

The successful applicant will likely have gained their experience at either a leading National, Regional, or City practice, and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of experience across the full spectrum of Commercial matters, ideally with some experience in the Tech sector.

Given the reputation of the Firm and its client base, it is likely that this will be an extremely popular opportunity with junior lawyers seeking to further develop their career within Commercial Tech work.
