PARALEGAL FOR TELEVISION CLIENT
FTC - 3 MONTHS
LONDON

Our client is a well-known TV company, part of a global Media and Entertainment business. Due to a spike in workflow, they wish to hire a media paralegal to join the team initially on a 3 month contract as a matter of urgency.
You will join the team and have involvement in the following:
*rights clearance projects
*analysing contracts
*reviewing and entry into a rights management system
*contacting producers about rights and clearances as necessary
*drafting amendment agreements, relicenses and development agreements based off templates
*drafting production agreements
Ideally you will have some experience working for a broadcaster or production company and be familiar with rights, as well as dealing with a large volume of matters.
Candidates who are available at short notice will be considered for this role.
