IP Litigation – London – 0-3 PQE

Our Client, one of the UK's leading full-service law firms, is looking to bolster their London Team with the appointment of a junior lawyer.

The team comprises of City and Magic Circle Layers, undertaking high quality, complex IP litigation, including; patent infringement; breach of copyright; design infringement; trade mark & passing off matters; brand strategy advice; and domain name disputes.

The Role and Candidate

Acting for claimants and defendants alike, you will assist with a very broad range of work including but not limited to; bringing and defending trade mark infringement & passing off proceedings before the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court; handling copyright design & patent disputes; confidential Information & Database Disputes work; computer software ownership disputes; IT disputes; and professional negligence claims in relation to IP & IT matters

As the successful candidate for this role you will be between 0 and 3 years PQE and have experience working on IP disputes.  You will be based primarily in the London office, working closely with a Partner to enforce, protect and defend intellectual property rights, both nationally and internationally.  You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with exposure to client care, relevant experience from a similarly ranked firm with the ability to demonstrate technical skills to take on different caseloads simultaneously
