This award-winning heavyweight firm, who are renowned for their depth of expertise and stature, are looking for likeminded solicitors to join their already strong team on the South coast.
The Firm
With offices spanning over the South Coast, London and Berkshire, the firm are a truly well-established practice. This heavyweight firm have a team surpassing 300 and are looking for ambitious solicitors to join their already strong team.
Not only are the firm currently excelling, but they also share a strong heritage in the Hampshire region operating for over 200 years.
The firm often deal with SME's, individuals and high-net-worth clientele. Moreover, the firm has been subjected to many award accreditations reflecting their recent growth and success in the Hampshire market.
The Role
This firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor ideally with 5+ PQE to join their flourishing Southampton, Hampshire office.
You will be collaborating with renowned partners on high-quality caseloads. Mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements (and many more) will all be included within the caseload of this role. Whilst competency will be expected, the firm and department are supportive throughout- this culture really does run through the firm.
You will gain a great exposure to caseloads of a high-network nature. Moreover, as a result of the firms stature you will be working alongside many strong and commercially minded solicitors.
Requirements:
- You will ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate and dependant on salary
- You will have experience in the Corporate law
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
