Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ - 3PQE

BCL legal is delighted to be assisting a highly regarded national firm who are looking for a junior commercial litigation solicitor (NQ - 3PQE) to join their highly regarded Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham as part of the Firm's Litigation group.

The commercial litigation team at this firm works with leading UK and international businesses as well as SMEs across a range of sectors including; energy, banking & financial services and manufacturing.The team are known for their legal expertise and sound understanding of the commercial landscape.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a great mix of commercial disputes, ranging from complex and high value commercial and contractual litigation, corporate and partnership disputes and professional negligence claims.

The team also has expertise in handing contentious trusts and probate work which includes; disputes over wills and with executors, financial provision claims, disputes regarding powers of attorney and contested Court of Protection applications.

This role would suit an enthusiastic, technically sound and hard working commercial litigation lawyer with up to 3 years PQE looking to work for an established commercial litigation team.

You will be passionate about delivering quality advice in a clear and pragmatic way and getting great results for their clients.

You will be responsible for managing their own case load and assisting on more complex cases as part of a team.
