ABU DHABI - CORPORATE LAWYER (WITH ARABIC)

The Abu Dhabi office of this major law firm has expanded its Corporate practice significantly over the last two years and carries out significant work for an impressive range of local and international clients. As a result of this growth, the team have a fantastic new opportunity for a further junior Associate or Senior Paralegal to join them. The role will entail playing a pivotal role in a variety of deals, and will include incorporating entities in the UAE; advising on incorporation, licensing and liquidation of onshore and offshore entities; assisting with drafting commercial agreements; assisting with drafting and amending various corporate documents (eg. memo and arts, shareholder agreements and resolutions etc.); and advising on employment law. You'll also be actively involved in marketing and assisting to build effective client relationships. For this position, applicants will need to have broad Corporate experience, and fluency in spoken Arabic and English, with strong written Arabic skills.
