A multinational consulting business with a turnover of over €19bn in 2017 is seeking to hire a Paralegal with 2+ years of legal experience to join the growing team at their UK Head Office in Luton.

This role would be suitable for experienced paralegals, contracts managers or legal executives looking to take on a varied in-house position.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the Paralegal will work alongside the Sales and Legal teams to provide advice across a variety of legal matters. The role will include:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts across the business;
• Providing general legal and commercial advice to the sales and marketing functions as well as key stakeholders;
• Advising on legal risk and helping appropriate departments manage and reduce any issues; and
• Assisting the business with ongoing policy development in line with changes to competition, bribery and data protection matters.

The Person

You will have 2+ years' legal experience with a strong commercial contracts background, seeking to work in a large business and take on a more involved, commercial role. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your commercial acumen to help direct key business lines within the organisation.
