An Interim Legal Director is required to join a Plc based in Greater Manchester in order to cover maternity leave from June for a period of 6-9 months. The role will involve day to day management of the legal function working closely with the Board and CFO in particular.

You should have a track record of acting as a Legal Director or Head of Legal within a large business recently. The role will be recruited on a fixed term contract not as a daily rate consultancy role so you should be prepared to work as a PAYE employee of the business.
