A Magic Circle Firm with a market-leading Banking Finance practice in Asia seeks a Junior Structured Finance & Derivatives lawyer to join their Hong Kong team.
Leveraging on the firm's global network, the structured finance team acts for wide array of clients (both buy-and sell-side) including Banking Institutions, Regulatory Authorities, Corporate Trustees and investors on complex derivatives, structured products and securitization deals.
As a Junior Lawyer in the team, you get to work with different partners on various matters, spanning across structured products and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. General Banking Finance Lawyers who take an interest in this field will also be considered favourably. Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be highly preferred due to the nature of the work.
