Construction Associate, Leeds, NQ - 4 years PQE, £42,000 - £60,000
This international law firm is consistently recognised as one of the leading firms across its practice areas in the independent legal directories. Due to continued growth there is a position available in the Construction team in its impressive Leeds City Centre office.
You will be joining one of the markets largest and most experienced Construction teams in Leeds assisting in all non-contentious construction matters dealing with developers, contractors, institutional investors and funding entities. Your work will be advising on development and infrastructure projects, corporate and real estate acquisitions, property finance and disposals.
In addition to a top salary of between £42,000 for an NQ rising to £60,000 depending on current experience you will be joining a firm that offers its fee earners a generous holiday allowance with the ability to purchase extra days, private health, pension contribution and a performance related bonus.
