Fantastic opportunity for a senior in house lawyer to join a well recognised brands in tech consulting in an Associate General Counsel position to manage the talented legal team and assist the business on a wide range of matters. Reporting in to the General Counsel, you will be tasked with providing support to the business to enable the delivery of key projects and initiatives as well as ensuring the legal team is running effectively. As part of a global legal team you will support the Group's business in the UK and Ireland and enjoy a good degree of autonomy working on all phases of deals You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external clients and will advise on a wide variety of commercial issues and transactions, varying in nature, complexity and value, as well as ad hoc legal issues. Working closely with the General Counsel, UK & Ireland, you will implement the global strategy of the business and the legal function to the UK & Ireland legal function which will include an emphasis on people management.
You must have trained at a top City law firm before making the move in house. You will need to be a minimum of 10 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a commercial and creative approach to legal advice. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced technology business and have lead a legal team.
