A Corporate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a leading Top 200 firm based at their office in Manchester. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.
This firm have a fantastic Corporate team which is Partner-led. This is recognised with listings both in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. They have a fantastic reputation amongst clients as well as a strong team ethos and excellent, high quality work. They advise companies across a wide variety of sectors regarding finance and funding, mergers & acquisitions, management buy-out, restructuring, private equity and Capital Markets.
Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with between 3 and 6 years PQE with strong Corporate experience gained at a leading International, National or strong Regional firm.
