This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer with a top notch academic background and top tier training and PQE to join one of the world's leading law firms.

Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. Headquartered in the United States, they have offices across the world and their London office is a well-established in part of the City's legal landscape.

A longstanding member of the global elite, their Corporate group is noted for its strength in depth and deep bench of heavyweight transactional lawyers, who operate alongside first rate finance and capital markets specialists.

They are now looking for an additional associate to join them, to concentrate on a mix of corporate work with a focus on public and private cross-border M&A.

To be considered to join this prestigious firm, you will have:

• Strong academics, a high level of intellectual rigour, and the gravitas and confidence to show initiative
• Training and 2-3 years' post-qualification experience gained in public and private M&A transactional work within the corporate team at a leading international law firm; ideally Magic Circle, Silver Circle or peer-US firm;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and deal with high levels of responsibility;
