We are delighted to offer this outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Commercial lawyer to join this global luxury brand management business on a 3 day a week basis. You will work closely with the Group Legal Counsel and provide support to the group companies and franchise offices.

This promises to be a hugely varied role. You will be a key member of the team working on a variety of legal and business issues from negotiating global contracts with customers, suppliers and franchise partners to company secretarial and compliance issues.

This will include overseeing the legal and contractual aspects of a wide range of matters to include commercial contracts, supplier terms and conditions, IP advice and assignments, franchise agreements, dispute resolution and brand protection.

You will play an active part in ensuring that the group's interests remain robustly protected. Applicants are likely to have a sound grounding in commercial contract drafting, including IP experience gained in a media, FMCG, luxury brand or similar environment. Candidates from either private practice or industry are encouraged to apply. You must be able to work with a range of different personalities and have demonstrable drive and passion to make your mark in this exciting and fast-paced business.

This is a 3 day a week role. One of those days can also be spent working from home.
