New In-House Role - Funds Lawyer - Top US Asset Manager - 3-5PQE

My client is a top UK Asset management business looking to hire a funds lawyer on a permanent basis.

The focus of the role is to provide oversight and advice on key legislative and regulatory developments affecting the business. The role is too act as a key business adviser with particular emphasis on product and operational matters, client take on and IMAs, distribution, trading and regulatory issues.

A strong  candidate will have good technical knowledge in areas of law relevant to asset management, with particular emphasis on product and operational matters, client take on and IMAs, distribution, trading, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Ideally have t 3/4 years post qualification experience either within a financial services team of an external law firm or an in-house legal function of an investment management business.
