Real Estate Solicitor

An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is sought for a exciting opportunity at a Top 45 Law Firm in Liverpool city centre. An established and reputable team, dealing with all aspects of commercial property matters on behalf of a public and private client base, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with experts in this field.

The role will sit in their Social Housing team, which offers variety to deal with a broad range of commercial property transactions including residential development, purchase and sale of PRS portfolios, site-set up, easements and statutory agreements, asset securitisation, landlord and tenant.

About you

• Minimum 2+ years PQE

• Excellent team work skills

• Strong academics and technical knowledge

• Experience of and keen interest in real estate work

• Experience of and familiarity with development and regeneration work is an advantage

• Excellent IT and typing skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management and organisation skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets

• Flexible approach

• Willingness to engage in issues concerning the housing sector - prior knowledge is an advantage
