Leading national firms seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team in London on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.
Sought is an experienced Employment Lawyer with upwards of three years PQE. The role will involve advising on employer relations matters including internal disciplinary, grievance, capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements and delivering training on a broad range of employment issues.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of contentious and non- contentious employment experience including TUPE and corporate support. Ideally a background of working in or advising employers in the health and social care market with a focus on advising on NHS workforce matters such as terms and conditions and MHPS. is a huge advantage. Litigation experience would be preferable including some exposure to or an interest in advocacy.
