New in! - we are actively assisting a leading law firm [Legal 100] who are looking for an ambitious Banking & Finance NQ+ Solicitor to join their growing finance team based in Surrey. This firm are recognised for their modern approach and regularly attract praise for exceeding client expectations.
The ideal experience we are looking for includes some; leveraged finance; real estate finance and invoice discounting but any general corporate finance exposure would also be an asset. If you are an existing corporate solicitor but maybe considering a transition into banking and finance, we would like to speak with you in strictest confidence.
We are looking for a consistently good academic record with a minimum 2:1 at degree level. You should also have completed at least one seat in either Banking/Finance or Corporate and preferably have some regional ties to the Surrey/Hampshire area. A genuine appetite for business development is essential.
In return, you will be working with Chambers-rated Banking Partners on high-value and high-profile banking transactions for UK and International clients spanning a diverse range of exciting sectors from media, technology, retail to aviation.
