The firm are looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor / Partner into their flourishing City of London office.
You will lead the employment department, you will work with the firms other Partners to drive the department forwards. You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will have good business development experience and will be commercially minded
- You should have a strong billing track record
- A strong technical knowledge is essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
