We have been instructed on an opportunity within a leading US firm’s Investment Funds team in London.
The renowned Investment Funds practice is one of the most comprehensive in the market, focussing on some of the largest and most complex fund formation transactions in the European region. The team advises many prestigious and blue chip private equity firms, real estate funds and sovereign wealth investors on co-investments, private fund raisings and secondary transactions.
The high-quality work on offer is accompanied by a truly lucrative salary, as the firm pays its London associates at ‘Cravath’ rates, which is the highest available salary bracket in the market.
Applications are welcome from candidates with between 1 and 4 years of PQE, with prior experience gained at a leading firm in London – the candidate must have private funds experience.
