Our client is a global household brand in the Media and Entertainment industry. We are sourcing an experienced business affairs/contracts manager to join the highly respected legal team as a Contracts Manager on a 6 month contract initially.

As Contracts Manager, you will handle a large number of contracts primarily involving multi-territory distribution deals for films, TV shows and both long & short form digital content. This will involve:

· Drafting, negotiating and completing programming and channel license agreements, format agreements, amendments and other legal documentation required by the business in EMEA

· Advising and liaising with the sales teams in London and the overseas offices in relation to the deal points on license agreements

· Supervising and assisting in monitoring the work of Contract Administrators

You will need to be able to demonstrate good organisational skills; be comfortable building relationships in a large team and matrix organisation; have an understanding of commercial contracts (media experience will be beneficial but is not essential) and the negotiation process.
