THE ROLE:
A unique opportunity for a family fee earner to join a progressive modern law practice in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented family fee earner to join this highly regarded family team. Our client is very open to the level of experience, as you will be working alongside the Head of Department. The team handle a broad mix of work including divorce, ancillary relief, pre and post– nuptial agreements, separation agreements and children matters. You will be assisting with cases and depending on your experience will be encouraged to take on responsibility to various tasks and assignments as appropriate. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior fee earner to develop their skills and expertise within matrimonial work. There are very genuine career prospects and you will be afforded all the support and development that you need. Our client is keen for the appointed family fee earner to progress and in due course become a fully fledged fee earner in their own right.

THE CANDIDATE:
As the appointed family fee earner you will have around around twelve months experience within family work, our client is very open to considering paralegals, junior executives or newly qualified family solicitors, as full training and support will be provided. Most importantly you will have good communication and interpersonal expertise both with clients and team members alike. You will have a good base understanding of family matters and be proactive and positive in your approach to learning new skills.
