This prominent Legal 500 Law Firm are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Data Protection Solicitor 4+ years PQE to join their busy and fast growing Corporate and Commercial Department in their modern office in Manchester.

The Role
Due to growth, this Law firm are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Data Protection Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join their Corporate and Commercial Department at their Manchester
The firm are looking to expand their Corporate & Commercial Department and are looking for a full-time Data Protection Solicitor to join their hard working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 7 years.
The data protection aspect of the role will include advising on the full range of data and GDPR related matters, including privacy policies, data processing agreements, data sharing agreements, subject access requests, marketing laws, data breaches and conducting data protection audits. From a commercial law perspective, the role will provide exposure to the full range of commercial law matters, often high value and / or cross border in nature.
Competitive salaries and generous bonus schemes, pension contributions and holiday entitlements are on offer. Profit share potential for solicitors with a following.
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant PQE
- Solid experience working in an established and recognised Corporate & Commercial Department
- Excellent client care skills
- Commercial acumen
