Real Estate Solicitor required for a new role within a leading team for a top regional firm, to be based in Manchester. 

Our client is a leading regional law firm who are well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines. Their highly rated Real Estate team cover a wide range of Commercial Property matters including property development, investment, asset management, funding, landlord and tenant and real estate tax. Clients range from large property development and management companies, to corporate occupiers and institutional public sector organisations.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit qualified Real Estate Solicitors to the team in Manchester.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5PQE in Commercial Real Estate, with your training and experience ideally gained at a recognised commercial firm well regarded for property work. It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial property matter.
