A top-notch US law firm with strong presence in Asia seeks a US securities lawyer to join their leading corporate finance practice in Singapore.
The team advises on broad range of Corporate Finance matters, acting for both issuers & underwriters in international securities transactions, particularly in initial public offers, private placements, high-yield debt offerings, and convertible debt offerings.
To succeed in the role, you should be UK/US qualified with strong experience within the International Capital Markets practice. Candidates who are qualified in other jurisdictions but hold an LLM will also be considered favourably.
