PSL Private Equity (5+ PQE) – Move to Singapore and work at an Elite and Globally Renowned US Firm

This firm is consistently ranked as one of the leading law firms in the world and currently seeks a PSL to support both its talented Private Equity and M&A teams in Singapore.

The Private Equity and M&A teams work on headline grabbing and complex transactions throughout Asia and is at the forefront of developments in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will be primarily engaged in knowledge management tasks, whilst enjoying the benefits of a non-fee earning role with the potential for flexible working in an affluent and bustling metropolis.

Any PSL joining this will team can expect to be involved in the preparation and maintenance of a suite of Private Equity and M&A precedents, assisting partners with business development and answering queries from team members, whilst ensuring that lawyers are trained and updated on developments in the market both in Asia and globally.

Applications are welcome from English, Australian and New Zealand qualified associates with 5+ PQE in Private Equity and M&A from standout international law firms. Previous PSL experience is helpful but not a pre-requisite and therefore associates looking to change direction are also encouraged to apply.

Associates can expect full US PSL rates and an excellent relocation package.
