This highly regarded and flourishing practice is looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial solicitor to join their Corporate Commercial team in Telford.

The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor into their Telford office.
You will join a fast growing team, being a practice area of particular emphasis. You will work with highly-experienced Partners dealing with a broad caseload including; acquisitions, disposals, take-overs and mergers, asset sales/purchases, partnership/shareholder's agreements, loan agreements, company restructuring, company/partnership formation, company secretarial issues, employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.
You will get excellent training and support, not just in technical skills but how to build business. The Partners that you will work alongside is are strong business generators, and the department is currently flourishing.
Requirements
- A Company Commercial Solicitor with 2 years + PQE
- You will have good technical knowledge of Corporate and Commercial matters
- Be a commercially minded lawyer, able to spot opportunities to build business
- Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
