Do You want to be paid US rates without the US hours? Keen to work on an even spread of advisory and contentious work?

Headquarter in the US and with a growing presence in London, you will join a small team with market leasing expertise within employment legal matters. You will play a key part within the team and be the 'go-to' Associate for the two Partners when they need assistance with clients, whilst also running your own matters. You will have the luxury of the competitive US salaries whilst enjoying a comfortable chargeable hour target and ability to work from home one day a week or as and when required.

Whilst most US Employment teams heavily focus on corporate support work, this team boasts a wide variety of work that is predominantly split between advisory and contentious. They work with clients from a range of sectors and have a strong focus on tech due to the wide focus of the firm.

With a huge amount of success in the previous 12 months, they are in need of an intelligent lawyer to help them with complex employment matters and also run with matters and client relationships from the get go. Having placed several people into the firm, I have received nothing but positive feedback regarding the support and development they have received since joining the firm, and the access to complex work whilst enjoying a comfortable work/life balance.

The successful candidate will likely be;

• Between 2-4 years PQE (some flexibility either side of this)
• Highly intelligent and able to overcome challenges
• Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn
• Exceptional in client facing situations
