You will have the support of a global brand and industry leading training from other more experienced Corporate Lawyers. You will be part of a close-knit international team whilst working on leading and prestigious transactions. Being an entrepreneurial platform, you are encouraged to be creative and voice your ideas and thoughts, whether it be process, business development focused or an idea for a social event!

The team are incredibly broad in terms of their work and sector focus which will be reflected in your working day. You will significantly bulk out your international M&A experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with the aim to be leading on some of the largest transactions they do as a team when appropriate. The Head of Corporate is outgoing and a very enthusiastic character, he is largely into his fitness and so regular team trips to the gym/runs are not uncommon.

I have worked with this team and many others within the firm for several years now and have seen many people develop their careers within the firm and achieve the ultimate goal of high-level work and an enjoyable work/life balance.

The ideal individual will;

• Be a qualified Lawyer of England and Wales and have 1-3 years PQE in a rated Corporate team
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be confident client facing
• Be driven to succeed and not afraid to get stuck in from day one
