Joining this team, you will not only develop as a market leading Corporate Lawyer but also as a specialist within the technology sector. You will work with a large number of Silicone Valley based technology companies, as well as innovative start-ups. As a Corporate Technology Lawyer, you will build relationships with some of the most influential decision makers in the technology world and advise them on matters around corporate transactions, particularly mergers & acquisitions.

The team service clients from a range of sectors, however are leaders in corporate technology work. The wider firm attract some of the biggest names in the sector and aim to service clients vertically, ensuring they are a go-to no matter whatever their legal issue. Embracing their technology specialism, they have rolled out a tech start up feel throughout their offices and culture, with offices, client space and reception being kitted out with latest equipment and gadgets, as well as a casual and relaxed feel to dress code and environment.

Successful Lawyers within this team have either gone to make Partnership with portfolios including global technology giants or moved in-house to one of them.

The team are looking for a qualified solicitor to join their team as Corporate Technology Lawyer who;

• Is between 1- 3 years qualified, with experience gained within a highly ranked practice
• Has a genuine passion for the technology sector
• Is exceptional in client facing situations and can build relationships at a high level
