Personal Injury & Regulatory Lawyers – Is it time for a Change?

Risk Management Consultant – Claims Defensibility & Regulatory Practice
Location: Homebased

Our Claims Defensibility & Regulatory Practice is expanding its services which assist our clients in improving their risk profile. The role is varied and will involve delivering a number of services designed to assist our clients in avoiding or defending liability and regulatory claims.  This involves working with our clients to implement defence strategies along with making practical recommendations for risk improvement.

You should also be able to deliver training courses such as Accident Investigation training along with being able to identify sales opportunities for our other business activities. The position will also require you to participate fully in marketing activities such as Mock Trials and Client Seminars.

We also provide an audit based service which involves auditing third party providers in the handling of claims on behalf of our clients. Previous auditing experience in this area would therefore be desirable.

The successful applicant will have a strong legal background along with a recognised legal qualification. Experience in Personal Injury or Regulatory Law is essential. Candidates from a Claimant/Defendant or risk management background will be considered in what is likely to be a very different role to what they have experienced to date.

The role requires flexibility and UK travel. Geographic location is therefore not critical.

This is an excellent and challenging opportunity for you to be part of an expanding team in delivering and developing our range of services.  In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including; a pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers and flexible benefits including critical illness cover, dental cover, additional life assurance, childcare vouchers, retail vouchers and many other options and Corporate deals.

Willis Towers Watson is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other things, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, status as a protected veteran, or disability.
