Housing Paralegal - Winchester

Excellent opportunity for a Law Graduate or Paralegal to join a Legal 500 UK law firm.

Our client is a leading legal services provider with offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Winchester and Chorley. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their successful Asset Management team which forms part of their House Development division in Winchester.

The hiring team deals with various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-sales, lease extensions, deeds of variation, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. The successful candidate will be working as part of the busy Asset Management team. Duties will include: file administration (opening and closing matters), preparing invoices and completion statements, assisting with completion, preparing Land Registry forms, dealing with management packs on behalf of clients for resales, drafting emails to clients, etc. It will also involve building a caseload of approximately 80 residential property transactions and handling the running of files from instruction to post-completion. Salary for the role is £19,000.

To be considered for this role, you must be a law graduate with excellent academics. Ideally you will have conveyancing, commercial property or social housing experience.
