About Us

Our client is a well-known and exceptionally unique retail group, specialising in luxury fashion and restaurants and making these accessible to everyone. The company now has the need for a IP Legal Counsel to join their well-respected legal team in the UK head office. 

The Opportunity

As a Legal Counsel in a well-respected and highly experienced legal team, you will provide legal advice on areas on a wide range of IP contracts as well as taking the lead on digital and marketing matters. You will provide key legal advice on digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team. You will be supporting the more senior members of the legal team in the Legal Director with legal training, compliance processes and commercial disputes. The role will provide you with an abundance of learning opportunities as a result of working in a varied and dynamic results-driven legal team and the opportunity to work with an international business. 

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and pro-active IP lawyer with a keen interest in retail and consumer brands. You will also need to have strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and strong relationship development skills.
