Company Secretarial Assistant
Our client is an innovative infrastructure company based in London who are focused on undertaking a large, complex and exciting national project. A fast-paced and dynamic business, the project which they are working on is at the forefront of the media, providing high-quality work and excellent exposure.
As Company Secretarial Assistant, you will be acting as a key source of information and legal guidance for committee chairs, members and senior staff. You will also be supporting the Assistant Company Secretary with board meetings, in particular drafting high quality minutes, reports and agendas.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a Company Secretarial Assistant role and an in-depth understanding of the committee decision making framework. They will also be able to work well with senior stakeholders, be a good multi-tasker and have an acute attention to detail.
