Social Housing Partner - Manchester

This full-service firm operates nationally. The commercial property team has extensive experience and specialist lawyers, including in particular in Social Housing. Their deep knowledge and longstanding relationships in this sector means the firm and individual partners have an excellent reputation nationally. In Manchester the office has ambitions to grow, and the next key hire at Partner level is in Social Housing. You will have direct access to clients and challenging work, but equally be given the autonomy and space to develop your own contacts and shape the role as you choose.

Based in Manchester city centre, the office is social and has a culture based on team work. The partners are entrepreneurial and keen to push the Manchester office to the next level. This role will enable a new Partner with an excellent track record in Social Housing work to join an ambitious team and really be at the core of the business, making decisions on the growth of the commercial property team and office as a whole.
