Job Details
Our client is a large well established practice in Surrey and are highly recommended in Legal 500 and Chambers guides. With a strong local and regional presence this is an exciting opportunity to work with well-known and respected partners.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years post qualification experience at a similar sized firm. You will have a proven track record of dealing with contentious property matters including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundaries and co-ownership. Working with both commercial organisations and high net worth individuals this is a varied and interesting caseload. It is essential that you have a passion for contentious property work along with strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
