About the role
The Corporate team is recognised for the wide range of transactional work for clients spanning across a variety of sectors. Daily work of the Corporate Solicitor will include advising and assisting on an extensive range of corporate work, including M&As, investments, buyouts, reorganisations, JV's and other shareholder work.
About the person
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience in a Corporate seat gained at a reputable firm.
The candidate's desired skills and experience include the following:
* A desire to specialise in Corporate law;
* A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment;
* Keen attention to detail;
* Commercial acumen; and
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
