THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A newly created role has arisen for an enthusiastic commercial property solicitor to join a growing and busy team.
You will be responsible for primarily handling a mix of commercial and buy to let purchases for a variety of clients from individuals and companies.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a commercial property solicitor with 2-5PQE who has a strong academic background and with experience gained within a well-regarded national or regional law firm with an established property team.
Ability to liaise effectively, you will be a strong team player with a solid understanding of commercial property work, dealing with purchases, sales and commercial lettings.
